The unified front: Scaling governance without sacrificing independence

The unified front: Scaling governance without sacrificing independence

Description

Efficiency in GRC often feels like a tradeoff between speed and rigor. This session addresses how GRC and risk leaders can combine resources and automate decisions to operate at scale. We will discuss strategies for infosec, IT compliance, and enterprise risk teams to work from a "single source of truth" while maintaining the independent oversight required by internal audit and regulatory bodies.
