The ROI of resilience: Securing C-Suite buy-In for your GRC strategy

Description

In an era of ""permacrisis"" and rapid AI disruption, the organizations that thrive are those that can turn risks into opportunities. However, for many executives, risk management is seen as a cost center or a compliance hurdle rather than a strategic lever.
Join us for a cross-functional executive roundtable featuring leaders from finance, IT, and audit in a discussion focused on breaking down silos to have a unified approach to risk management and resilience. We will explore how to translate technical risk concepts into strategic business language and demonstrate the tangible return on investment (ROI) of proactive risk management. From navigating the AI era to creating efficiencies and ensuring proper governance and compliance, we’ll cover how these leaders approach GRC today.
