About the speakers

Rachel Baker is a Product Manager at Optro focused on Audit products, including OpsAudit. She has 5 years of product experience across the healthcare, legal, and regulatory industries. Before joining Optro, Rachel worked at Accenture and SimpleCitizen (a subsidiary of Fragomen), focusing on building technology to help people navigate the complexities of the immigration and healthcare systems.

As a Product Manager at Optro she works closely with customers to understand their pain points and collaborates with designers and engineers to translate those insights into new features that improve Optro users’ day-to-day experience in the platform.

Juaquin Rodriguez is a Director within Protiviti's Legal, Risk, and Compliance bringing more than 17 years of experience. Juaquin's experience includes 10 years with Federal regulatory bodies; that includes 6 years as a Banking and IT Examiner in Charge. While at Protiviti he's led regulatory remediation and risk and resilience transformation initiatives for large global organizations, helping organizations enhance business resilience and navigate evolving regulatory landscape. Juaquin is also part of Protiviti's Global CRO/CCO Solutions team.
