Resiliency in action: From compliance checkbox to strategic continuity

Description
We’ll explore the cultural shifts necessary to make resiliency a shared responsibility across every department, rather than a task for a single team. We will also address the critical challenge of securing executive buy-in, demonstrating how to position resiliency as a strategic insurance policy for operational excellence. Whether your organization is facing a cyber incident, a supply chain collapse, or an environmental disruption, this session will provide a roadmap to ensure that you survive disruptions and maintain a competitive advantage.
