Critical thinking: How to channel doubt and engage logic
Master a practical framework to outsmart cognitive bias, overcome team pressure, and protect your data-driven judgment.

Description
But we’re still human, and in the world of modern risk, rigorous reasoning is rarely simple. The pressure to conform, the comfort of old templates, and cognitive blind spots constantly warp our judgment.
This session develops textbook definitions and takes a hard look at what’s actually blocking your logic. We’ll break down real-world, everyday audit scenarios, expose the common barriers to clear reasoning, and give you a practical framework to outsmart your own biases.
