At Bank of America, she serves as the U.S. Privacy Lead and drives the integration of third-party risk, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and AI into a cohesive compliance strategy. Maya advises on the design and execution of governance structures, control frameworks, and oversight models that enhance organizational resilience and support effective decision-making at scale. Her work spans regulatory change management, vendor and third-party risk, and the alignment of emerging technology risks with established compliance programs. Known for her pragmatic and risk-informed approach, Maya partners closely with senior leadership to navigate evolving regulatory expectations and operational challenges. She brings a cross-functional perspective, helping organizations break down silos and embed accountability across business, technology, and risk disciplines.
