Estevan Neri is Chief Risk Officer at CERC, a leading regulated financial market infrastructure at the center of Brazil's receivables and payments ecosystem. He leads the company's GRC and market monitoring function, overseeing risk strategy, regulatory compliance, the development of proprietary tools for risk intelligence, and continuous audit practice. With over two decades of experience in risk management across financial services, Estevan has held senior roles at globally recognized institutions, including AIG, Allianz, JP Morgan, Bank of America, and PwC. His career spans qualitative and quantitative risk, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and FATCA governance across Latin America, with deep expertise in building risk frameworks on complex and regulated environments.

Sean Dougherty is a risk executive with broad experience in operations management, finance, legal, business resiliency, and enterprise risk management. He has a Bachelor’s degree from NYU, an MBA from the University of Illinois, and a JD from Seton Hall. Sean is employed by Ensemble Health Partners, a technology-enabled revenue cycle management services company for hospitals, health systems, and physician group practices that is based in Ohio with global operations. Sean is focused on improving operations and economic performance through establishment and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide risk management and control framework.

Missy Szkil is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Audit Analytics, AI & Automation at Zebra Technologies, a $5B global leader in enterprise hardware, software, and services that digitize and automate frontline operations. With more than 18 years’ experience spanning the technology, distribution, and financial institution industries, Missy leads Zebra's risk, continuity, and audit analytics functions with a focus on prioritizing a risk-based decision-making methodology across the enterprise. Prior to joining Zebra Technologies, Missy held other internal and external audit positions. Missy has her MBA, a Certificate of Enterprise Risk from Boston University, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
