Our meals will always feature clearly labeled Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free options. To ensure we have the correct meal prepared for you, please disclose all dietary requirements, severe allergies, and religious meal needs (Halal/Kosher) during the registration process.

On-site meal cards: If you requested a special meal during registration, please pick up your Specialty meal card at the registration desk when you check in.

Important note: While our servers are happy to assist on-site, we cannot guarantee the availability of specialized meals or specialized restrictions (Halal/Kosher) if they are not requested in advance.

You can find access to session materials by visiting the agenda page in the conference attendee portal. All digital materials and PDFs are optimized for screen readers and high-contrast viewing. After the conference, materials and recordings from many presentations will be available in the conference attendee portal for up to six months.

The venue is fully ADA-compliant. It provides:

• Accessible seating: All session rooms feature designated seating for wheelchair users or others who need them, located with clear sightlines to speakers and screens.
• Lowered desks: Registration, information kiosks, and one-on-one meeting hubs are equipped with accessible-height counters.
• Navigation: All floors are accessible via elevator. Accessible restrooms are clearly marked throughout the venue.
• Hotel rooms: Mobility-accessible rooms are available with transfer showers. Please be sure to contact the hotel directly with any requirements. 
• Service animals: Certified service animals are welcome. The hotel has a park that surrounds it for your animals needs.
